Cancellation charges

• 56 days prior to arrival - loss of deposit
• 56 - 28 days prior to arrival - 50%
• 28 - 14 days prior to arrival - 75%
• less than 14 days prior to arrival - 100%

A security deposit is taken for any breakages or damage and for electricity used. This will be refunded within 4 weeks of end of rental.

Electricity will be charged as used, a meter reading will be taken on arrival. Linen and towels are included.
