£300 Good Housekeeping Deposit is required.
Non refundable deposit of 25% required when confirming.
Balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Booking conditions apply and deposit is non refundable.
Cancellation charges:

• 56 days prior to arrival - loss of deposit

• 56 - 28 days prior to arrival - 50%

• 28 - 14 days prior to arrival - 75%

• less than 14 days prior to arrival - 100%

A security deposit is taken for any breakages or damage and for electricity used. This will be refunded within 4 weeks of end of rental.
